I am grateful to the Lord for the knowledge and wisdom I've gained
  over the last 13 years in this area. This is an area that most women struggle with daily,
monthly, yearly (for some, it's hourly).  The Lord took all this away from me for awhile to
get my life in order - His order.. Talk about going for a roller coaster ride!!
But now the Lord has brought quite a few people into my life asking for help in this
  area.  Thankfully, I feel that I have "permission" now to use this as part of my ministry.


I hope these pages will be a help to you.  I am familiar with the struggles
of weight management myself, remember, I've had 3 kids; 2 were c-sections.
I do feel that exercise is also a God-given anti-depressant!!

If you feel that you have a problem with self-image issues
(thinking you have to look a certain way to be accepted, constantly thinking about
your appearance, borderline eating disorder, ect..)
then these pages will only be a temporary bandaid on the real issues.
Nothing can replace the fact that God is our healer and life-giver.

Remember, never compare yourself with anyone else!!!
God only expects you to be the best you can be, with His help!
