Pumpkinny Time of Year

It's actually cold here! I had my window open over-night and woke up feeling as if I were in an igloo! I do love the cooler weather and am enjoying seeing the leaves on the trees changing to beautiful golds and oranges.

In the spirit of getting ready for the holidays, I've been busy working on things for my home. Here's my first project for Thanksgiving.

This is just a small part of the whole project. It has many pieces that will depict the first Thanksgiving. Don't you just love their little faces? I'm so happy with these two, little, precious pilgrims. I will be working on the other pieces of the project and share pics as I do.

I'm happy to report that my foot is better! Praise God! It's still sore, but it's not horribly swollen now and I'm not in excruciating pain. Thank you all so much for your prayers!

Have you seen this?

Oh. My. Goodness....it's SO good! I had never seen this before but my son saw it while in the grocery store and brought some home. Yummy! Perfect on a plain or whole wheat bagel. Don't you love this time of year with all the pumpkin flavored things?

Here's a picture of our adorable poodle. She needs to be groomed, but she's adorable nonetheless! She is the most loving dog we've ever had. She loves to be held all the time!

We all accommodate her desire to be held, too! We all just love this girl!
