More Of Him

It's official.  My oldest son passed his national test to be an EMT and is now working for the local ambulance service. He was at the top of his class and also did very well in the job interviews...in fact, it was a very fast process of getting the job.  Yes, this Mama is proud!! I have watched my son grow into such a responsible, amazing man.

He was also best man at his best friend's wedding recently.  I'm sure you remember me talking about my son's friend, the Marine.  Here's a picture of my son's friend:

We have known him since he and my son were in second grade together (this was before we homeschooled).  They are both now 22 years old, so they have a long standing friendship.  My son was very honored that he was asked to be his best man.  I just couldn't believe either one of them was old enough to be a best man, let alone get married! LOL Why is it that we Mama's just can't believe that our children have grown up so fast?

He wore this suit for two momentous occasions:  his job interview and as best man at his friend's wedding.  Both went so well...could it be the great suit?!  Nah...it's the wonderful man inside the suit.
