MY REVIEW:

This book was so incredibly good!  The main character, Amelia Gladstone, is just so real and it's wonderful to see a character live her faith in her every day.  It's because of her kind heart and giving nature that she ends up meeting Quentin Walpole at the docks where she is boarding the Titanic on it's maiden, and only, voyage.  

There's the story of the prodigal son woven so beautifully throughout the story as well as forgiveness, love, pride, and resentment - something we all deal with. We can see what happens when pride gets in the way of forgiveness or how our own unforgiveness of ourselves can impeded our relationship with others and God.  

This story kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time.  Just when I thought I had figured out what would happen next, something entirely different would happen.  Each and every character was true to life and really  made the story come alive.  This was one of those books where I stayed up way too late reading - but it was worth it!  I highly recommend this beautiful story!
