Giveaway! "God is Able" by Priscilla Shirer

ABOUT THE BOOK:

What is the last thing you asked God to do? To save your marriage? to get a new job? To ehlp you find your keys? Did he do it? Did you really believe he was able to do it?

We hate to admit it, but we've all found ourselves asking that very question on more than one occasion. It's something we're intrinsically supposed to know, but often times aren't sure how to experience. That's why best-selling author and Bible teacher Priscilla Shirer wrote "God Is Able".

MY REVIEW:

This book is so powerful! I loved each and every page of this book! Priscilla Shirer has such a passion for God and it ignited my own passion in a really powerful way.

She focuses on the book of Ephesians and, especially, the Scripture, Ephesians 3:20-21. It will open your eyes to this Scripture in ways you never could have imagined! God is truly powerful and truly able to do all things and we don't always see Him the way He truly is.I was reminded that I can have confidence in God and not to be focused on the problem but in God - who is able!

I really like how this book is written from the perspective that she doesn't write over your head. It's easily understood and it makes it easier to apply what she shares to our life. I also like how she openly shares situations from her own life and shows how God has worked amazing things out for her, her family and friends. It made me think over my life and see all the ways that God has worked in my life, too! God truly is able!
