Counting Our Blessings - Link Up!
Can you believe it's almost Easter? This year, it seems like everything is moving so fast. I just look up and another month is almost gone. That's why I love stopping once a week and focusing on how God has blessed me. It makes me slow down and think about those blessings one by one. Please join me!
30. We had another birthday last week. My youngest son celebrated his 25th birthday! We had such a nice day together! He received his favorite Denver Bronco things.
He also got the Bronco highlight DVD for last year. He really enjoyed that, too. His brother had to give him a gag gift. Here's what he received.
Doesn't that crack you up? It's huge! The good thing is his dog likes to lie on it so it's not a total loss. lol
We ordered a beautiful cake with the whipped cream frosting. These cakes from Safeway are just amazing and I thought they did a beautiful job on it.
We also started watching a show that my son had watched before and thought I would like. It's called Sword Art Online. It's an Anime and it's really quite good!
We've been watching it little by little and it's very addictive. Great story line!
31. I took some family pictures, too, that day. I don't always remember to do these things but I was good about it that day!!
Isn't that just the funniest picture of my son with Mitzi? I'm not sure what she was doing there but it was too cute not to share.
32. Speaking of which, I have to share some pictures of the girls. They both look quite beastly right now as I've been growing their hair out. It's finally to the point where they can be groomed. Here's Cookie...
and here's that Mitzi
Such adorable little girls!! They both are such blessings.
33. Spring has finally arrived here and that means sitting out on the deck enjoying the sunshine! Here's a couple of pictures from the other day - I just love this time of year.
What were your blessings this week? Share them on the linkup or in the comments! :)
