I know I shared that my parents gave me money, rather than flowers, when I had my surgery. I have hung on to that money until I found the perfect items for my cross stitch. I shared about the needle minders and stitch counter I got HERE and now I can't wait to show you my latest stitchy purchases.
I found these on Etsy. I had been watching for a Q-Snap cover I liked for awhile and then came across Maggie's Minders and she offered a full set of cute things, including the Q-Snap cover!
How could I possibly resist Rudolph, the red nosed reindeer? I wondered if I would get tired of the Christmas theme, but that's not possible! lol Here's the Q-Snap cover
I ordered this extra wide to tuck my excess fabric up inside of. This works really nice for the big project I'm working on right now.
I also got a large project bag as well as a little accessory bag
Then we have the adorable Ort catcher and scissor case. Mitzi had to join in on the photo taking fun!
I also got to pick out a needle minder from a variety of pictures. Here's the one I chose
Finally, I had to get a bees wax Santa. I don't use it for my cross stitching, but I do use it for my hand quilting. Of course, I doubt I'll actually use this little guy - he's too cute!
I hope you enjoyed seeing all my stitchy things! I will always treasure these gifts and be remembered of my parents kindness every time I use them.
Blessings - Julie

Wow! You are blessed indeed. I was given a gift card to a local stitch shop one year for Christmas. The stitch shop went out of business. :( I have never been given stitchy gifts by anyone in my family otherwise. You have real treasures. :)
