Counting Our Blessings

I'm so sorry I've been so neglectful of doing the "Counting Our Blessings" lately. If you read Holly's post, you know that I've been dealing with a lot of pain after a shot in my hip. I found out from my doctor that they go into an area that's no bigger than the side of a quarter. I'm sure it's aggravated things and so I just have to be patient and allow it to heal. Despite this, I have so many blessings to count and I hope you do, too!!

41.  I'm thankful for the sweet ladies in my Tuesday night Bible study. I've met so many new ladies and our group is so fun, yet I've learned so much through these sweet Sisters. I'm amazed at their great insights and how willing they are to share their thoughts. They have also prayed for me during this time of pain and I'm so thankful for that.

42.  I'm also thankful for the blessing of getting invited to a Thursday morning Bible study with my friend. We are doing a Kay Arthur study of Titus and, let me tell you, this study is intense! I love it, though, because I love studying the Word of God and the more indepth, the better. What a blessing to be able to do this. We are going to do another study after this one, so I'm very excited about this.

43.  What a blessing Holly is to me! As she shared with you, she stays with me constantly. She is so aware of my moods and when the tears from pain come, she is right there licking my face and getting as close as possible. I truly believe that the Lord brought her into my life because He knew that I would need a furry friend to help me through this time in my life.

44.  The blessing of having my house cleaner is bringing me such joy! I am so very, very thankful for the hard work of my family in helping me to get things in order again. I can't tell you what joy it is to look around and see things clutter-free and clean!

45.  I am so blessed by my family. I know I say this all the time, but it's so true. Day by day, they have such servants hearts for me. They pray for me, they help me, they love me unconditionally. That is the greatest blessing of all.

God bless you - Julie
