This is one of my family's favorite meals.  It's really easy to do, yet tastes like you've been cooking for hours and hours.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet (I prefer an iron skillet) over medium-high heat.
First whisk the egg and milk together. Dip the chicken breasts in the egg and milk mixture and then in the seasoned bread crumbs.  Brown the chicken in the hot oil on both sides until golden brown - about 3 to 5 minutes on each side.

Set the chicken in a baking dish that has some a coating of your spaghetti sauce in the bottom.

Slice 8 pieces of mozzarella cheese and put two on each chicken breast. Pour 1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce over all.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and a little more mozzarella.

Bake at 350° for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly.

Serve over cooked spaghetti noodles.

Serve this with some wonderful garlic bread

topped with lots of garlic!

Add a nice, cool green salad with fresh tomatoes

and you'll have a beautiful meal your family will love!  Enjoy!!
