MY REVIEW:

This book started out a little slow but quickly ignited into a fast-paced, couldn't-put-it-down kind of book that I love! Honestly, I got way too little sleep while reading this book because instead of sleep, I would "read just one more chapter" again and again.

Quinn is an e-bay trader, living out in the woods in a little house, seemingly content with her life. She's a very nice person that people take to right away. As she is cleaning out an estate house for a woman whose mother has died, she meets Morgan, a professional corporate expert who lost his wife 2 years before. Something ignites between them but for many reasons they do not pursue it but remain friends.

Unfortunately, Quinn has a psycopath after her. She testifed against him several years before and now he's out of prison and bent on revenge against her. Despite her best efforts to stay hidden, he finds her through a family member. 

Morgan has a little girl that is almost 2 years old and he realizes his need to get back out on his own after living with his brother and sister-in-law since his wife died. He also realizes he need someone to cook and take care of Olivia while he travels for his work. 

Quinn and Morgan strike a deal that brings them each what they need, but it complicates things in ways they hadn't imagined. The story is quick paced at this point as they dodge the crazy person after Quinn. 

There is also a back story regarding the RaeAnn, whose mother's house Quinn was clearning out for her. This is very interesting and adds to the story, rather than detracting from it. It involves an old asylum that is both creepy and interesting at the same time.

I highly recommend this book. I enjoyed it so much and didn't want it to end.
