I hope you've had lots of blessings this week! Sometimes we have to really search for the blessings and sometimes they are so huge, we feel overwhelmed at the enormity of them. Let's get started!
18. I decided to redo a couple pages in my faith journal as I wasn't pleased with the background. I also wanted to rearrange some elements. Here's my pages now.
I'm so much happier with them! I love writing out Scripture - it is such a blessing and helps to get it more into my mind and heart. Doing this faith journal is so much fun!
19. I have been working on my cross stitch, and unfortunately, I had to take some of the stitches out. I was worried it was going to be a big area I had messed up on, but it ended up being a very small area. Such a blessing! There's nothing worse than finding you've made a mistake on a large piece. One stitch off and it all looks weird. Anyway, I got the offensive stitches out and then reworked it and here's the latest picture.
20. I'm also working on a Shepherd's Bush Easter project. I'll confess I've had this one started for awhile. In fact, long term readers will remember this one! LOL I'm going to really try and finish it in time for Easter.
I'm sorry for the poor quality picture. It's hard to get a good pic with the soft pastel threads. I'm really this project, too!
21. I've been able to sit on my deck and work on my cross stitch and read. It's so wonderful! The weather has been in the mid 60's to mid 70's here. I feel like I'm finally coming out of a long winter of 2 years and able to spread my wings a bit more. I can't tell you what a blessing our deck is. My son is so talented and it's a wonderful deck. I'm so blessed!!
What are your blessings? Please link up below with your blessings, something you've made, or a blog post you'd like to share.

ReplyDeleteOh, I have not seen your SB stitch before. I just love their color palette. I am blessed to be receiving an epidural today.
