MY REVIEW:

I absolutely love this book!! It is like no other book on prayer and it has made my prayer life that much more alive.

This is a hard-back book and I was a bit concerned about how easy it would be to write in it. However, it lies flat quite nicely and is very easy to read and write in. It's a beautiful book, as well. There are so many beautiful photographs and little paintings in the book to inspire you. It just added so much to the book for me.

It is broken up into seven parts. They are: Requests, Gratitude, Lament, Intercession, Faith, Repentance, and Awe. It helps you to focus on these important aspects of prayer. I loved that the introduction tells you to make this book your own by starting at the beginning or jumping to a different part of the book if you'd like.

The fact that this is broken up into 52 weeks is something I love. It allows you to really focus, for a full week, on the Scripture provided for that week and to make those prayer requests for that week something you fully concentrate on. There are also questions to ponder as you go through your week.

This is a really small thing, but to me, just makes this book even more special. They provide a ribbon book mark for you to use. It's just something that makes this book more lovely.

I really love this book and can't wait to make it a real part of my devotional time each week. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to make their prayer life more fulfilling and their relationship with God deeper.
