Book Review - Ruled Journal with Spurgeon Quotations

ABOUT THE JOURNAL:

For almost 160 years, Charles Haddon Spurgeon’s earliest sermons were lost to history. Thanks to Christian George and Spurgeon’s College, these powerful words from one of the world’s most popular preachers are now widely accessible to be read, studied, and enjoyed in the twelve volumes of the Lost Sermons of C. H. Spurgeon series.

This journal contains Spurgeon’s own inspirational words culled from these early sermons. On the page directly following each quote, you’ll find the source—the name and number of one of Spurgeon’s early sermons—for easy reference. In addition, the customizable table of contents at the front of the journal and the date feature at the top of each page allow you to keep your thoughts organized.

Whether you use your journal for writing sermons, taking notes, or daily journaling, allow Spurgeon’s stirring words to speak to your life today.

MY REVIEW:

This is an absolutely wonderful journal! It has so many extras that I love and it's perfect for men or women, which is nice.

In the front it has a lined contents page that is numbered to match the pages inside. This is so nice because you can put a table of contents for your journal in the front so you can find what you need at a glance. This would be perfect for writers who document their ideas or for ministers who write their sermon notes out.

The paper quality inside the journal is very nice and thick so you don't have shadowing on the other side of the page. The paper is a lovely ivory color so it's easy on the eyes and all pen colors look great and are easy to read.

The best part is the quotes randomly throughout the journal to inspire you. Each and every one was wonderful. I really like this journal and highly recommend it. I give it 5 out of 5 stars.

*This journal was provided to me by B&H/Lifeway Bloggers for my honest review
