MY REVIEW:

This is a fantastic book for those who are doing a total make-over of their home or just making some changes here and there. It's packed full of information that is so helpful!

The book is broken into areas for space planning, wall treatments, paint colors, floor treatments and more! I love that each section goes into great detail about the topic. For instance, in the floor treatment area, she has a questionnaire that asks all about the room you are going to be putting the flooring in. What will the room be used for, who will use it, etc. This helps us to make the right choice for that room. The whole book is like this. Helping us make the right choices for each room based on what it will be used for.

The window treatment section was really helpful to me. She shares about different types but I really learned a lot from what type of rod you should use for curtains. I had no idea that I should be careful about the type of rod and this helped me in choosing the right one for my bedroom.

There are pockets in the inside covers for saving all those great ideas or paint chips you want to keep in one place, plus the book has a cord to keep it closed. This is fantastic for keeping all those ideas in one place. You can also sketch out how you want your room to look on the pages inside.

I love this book! I learned so much from it and love that I can keep everything together for my different ideas for my home. I highly recommend it for anyone that is wanting to work on their home or for their decorating ideas. I give it 5 out of 5 stars.
