Amazing week - so far

Hubby went to all his doctors appointments the past two days and I can honestly say, they were just miraculous!! Yesterday, he went to the surgeon to have a cyst removed from his back. He's had this cyst for about 30 years and it had gotten really yucky and infected. The surgeon gave him antibiotics and told him that when it wasn't infected anymore, to come in and get it out. Well, we got in there yesterday, and the cyst was completely gone!! The surgeon was totally amazed! I was so thankful to the Lord because, although this was not a serious surgery, my hubby was really nervous about it. Praise God! He won't have to worry about this icky cyst anymore.

We then went to the Cardiologist, who in the past has spend at the most, 2 minutes with my hubby. In fact, we had been considering trying to find someone else, we were that unhappy. Well, this man spent about 15 minutes with my hubby, explaining things, talking, laughing, and generally, just knocking us off our chairs with shock!! We looked at each other a couple of times because we were so shocked - you know, that hubby and wife look, where you both know what the other one is thinking. We left there stunned and felt the Lord had really worked in our day with these miracles!

Today, hubby went to the sugical center to have a scope done of his stomach. Let me start this story by saying that the doctors have been pumping him full of Prilosec, Prevacid, Protonix, etc., etc., for years! This doctor got in there and discovered that my hubby does not have an acid problem, he has a "stomach movement" problem!! He took some biopsies and put him on a medicine to help with the stomach so it will digest better and move better. We just feel that the Lord worked so much through these doctors this week, and we're so thankful to the Lord Jesus!!
