Counting Our Blessings

I had no idea it had been six weeks since my last installment of Counting Our Blessings!! I guess it's a reflection of my mental attitude for the last few weeks.  I've been having a hard time finding anything to be thankful for because I've been living in the pit and having a pity party while there! lol  In any case, I've clawed my way to the top of the pit and I'm feeling so much better mentally.  I am still struggling physically, but there is so much to be thankful for!  So let's get started!

75.  The first blessing I want to count and be thankful for are my Crocs!! Yes, my new Croc shoes. They have been a huge blessing to me for so many reason (I will share more about this in my post tomorrow).  Who knew a pair of shoes could be such a blessing and make such a difference in my life?

76.  My next blessing is my new couches. We watched Craigslist and saw these couches pop up one day.  The blessing about them is that they have recliners in them.  The couch has one on each end and the love seat is two recliners. It has been so wonderful having new places to sit besides my one recliner.  It has also been great for my family as they love them, too.

77.  I'm counting my oldest son as a blessing, big time!  He's the one that went and got the couches and got them in the house.  He has also picked up so much of the slack around here since my back injury.  He's also the one that insisted that I get my new Crocs and he even went to the shoe store to buy them! BTW, they are an amazing color of soft pink! So pretty!

78.  I'm so thankful for my God.  He never turns his back on me even when I question why I am where I am.  He is patient with me and still has grace and love for me.

79.  I am so blessed to be able to work in ministry behind the scenes for my church.  I went from being very involved to not being able to be there at all for this season of time.  However, my friend has given me special things to do that I can do from home.  I am also still involved in other ministries and have been so blessed by them.  God allows us to serve if we have a servants heart.

I hope you'll share you blessings, too.  Grab a button from the sidebar, link up with this post and we can count our blessings together!
