MY REVIEW:
The first thing I noticed about this book is how completely gorgeous it is on the outside and the inside. The cover is just beautiful with a textured feel to it and what looks like carvings in the leather-like feel cover. Then you open it and have more beauty on the pages. Sweet drawings on each page and then the gorgeous devotions that will completely bless your heart.
This book is written in the "Jesus Calling" style. The devotions are written from the point of view of the Lord speaking to us. Each devotion reminds us of the love God has for us. Each devotion starts with a Scripture and at the end of the devotion there is a prayer to guide us as we pray to God regarding what we've just read. There is also a Scripture index at the back on all the Scriptures that are used in the devotion.
I love this devotion! It really speaks to my heart and I love how it's written. It clearly helps us to understand the Scriptures we're reading and reminds us how important it is to put God first in our life. I also love how it made me feel so loved by the Lord through His Word. I highly recommend this devoion and give it 5 out of 5 stars.
